Aaron was sent out as a 2nd opinion after fighting for a week or more with American Homeshield. The first company they sent out was horrible condemning my furnace/ac after being in my home for less than 20 minutes.

They were only willing to send out a 2nd opinion after I told them that my *condemned* unit miraculously started up again.

When the name Omni out of Champaign popped up for the company from AHS I instantly started scouring the internet to get reviews to see what to expect.

The last company I had was already told that they weren't allowed in my house through AHS 6 years ago, however they CHANGED THEIR NAME & that's how they were sent out again.

All I found were positive reviews. Knowing I would be the only person home I ran his name to make sure there wasn't anything else to be worried about. There wasn't. He is an upstanding guy & very honest.

Aaron was prompt to his appointment & was here for at least an hour if not more. He didn't care that I watched what he was doing & made jokes along the way.

He took the bottom of the furnace apart & it was indeed the blower motor as I suspected from the get go. He cleaned up the wiring & made sure everything looked good otherwise.

He said that he would get the blower put through AHS & be back out to put it in ASAP.

It took forever for AHS to get back & approve the motor. Within 2 days of the approval Aaron was back out to put the blower motor in. It was a late appointment. He could've easily canceled & said I had to wait (7:30 pm) He didn't. He still came & got it done. He didn't leave my house until 9:30-10 pm. He still had an hour plus drive home. Definitely thankful he came out. I probably would've cried out of frustration if not.

He did come back the next day because the previous "company" messed up wiring that he fixed on the circuit board & thermostat. He didn't have to do that, yet he did.

I cannot say enough good things about Aaron he absolutely went above & beyond for me.

I almost don't want to post this because I don't want to have to wait an eternity when I need his services again! 🤣🤣
