Stay very far away. Excuses, work left undone, begs for payment, has excuses for everything, seems to think client is clairvoyant (never lets you know he's here--he often says he'll show up, but that's not to be believed). He is administratively sloppy, leaving that to the client (as if the client would know); fails to follow through. A project that would "take a week" is still undone 3 months later.
