We called Mr. Rescue Plumbing & Drain Cleaning and booked an appointment for the next day as the problem was not an emergency. The next day the technician came on time as scheduled. On site, he instantly diagnosed the problem. He not only fixed the problem but also advised us how to avoid future recurrence. He was very pleasant and helpful. The rate was very reasonable. We would certainly use him again and recommend him to others.
