The staff are amazing and motivate me every day. The workouts are always different and keep me going. It's honestly the only way I can get my exercising in. Can't recommend it enough!!!

I absolutely LOVE ILKB- Carle Place. The instructors are all amazing and they are very encouraging. I love how they take time to show you to properly do the demonstrated moves for the different warm ups and bag rounds. They push you every class and actually get to know you and refer to you by name. Since my journey began 18 months ago with I Love Kickboxing in Carle Place, my life and health has transformed for the better. I have more energy and began eating healthy amongst other healthy regiments. I have so much fun and feeling great after every class that it doesn't feel like going to a gym. What I love most about I Love Kickboxing are the energy and care of the instructors. This place built a culture of no judgment, inclusiveness, and most of all fun. All the instructors know you and understand your individual goals and are enthusiastic to help you reach them. Between the instructors and the members, this place is truly an ILKB family.
