If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I always ship through the UPS store on Towne Lake, but I happened to be in the neighborhood, so I went to this place. Bad idea. The first (and last) time I shipped something here, they damaged my package. Never had a problem at any other location (coincidence?). Needless to say, they assumed absolutely no responsibility, no liability, and denied my claim (DESPITE GLADLY TAKING MY MONEY TO INSURE IT). Offered zero assistance with anything and had zero empathy to it being damaged (in fact, making it seem as if it was my fault). Please avoid this location. FWIW, I am filing a complaint with the BBB (which they are currently NOT a member of...wonder why).
