I moved in March...Called to cancel membership. Name was taken an was told it would be taken care of. No contract was month to month. Didnt think about it again. Until i saw a $45 charge on my bank statement. Come to find out. Membership was never cancelled ....I called to find out why they were still charging. Was told I needed to come in with a hand written letter or go online to cancel my membership. Information was never given to me..An it was blamed on New staff members. That not my problem..I want a refund for the months i was charged an All I was told was they could refund the late fees. It was no late fees....I would stay away from a gym like this. No accountability for their staff mistakes will cost you in the end ....Im out of $140. For a gym I havent attended...since march....
