Great, energetic coaches! If you're looking for a workout that pushes you while also encouraging you, try them. Prices vary, for me personally, it made sense to commit because I was spending just as much doing 'drop-ins' at different studios, but wasn't seeing any results.

I had first bought a GroupOn for 4 classes at ILK. When I came in for my first class, I felt very welcomed and eager to get started. Before the class began, the instructors introduced/welcomed me to the entire class that evening, which makes you feel recognized and important. I was told I did great my first workout from other girls in the class which made me feel quite proud of myself. I ended up leaving my first class that night after purchasing 40 classes! The classes are amazing, especially in the sense that they're different each time you go. I admire how the instructors have the ability to switch up the class, so you aren't doing the same exact thing every class. I think everyone knows how boring that can get. One thing I tell everyone about ILK, is the energy in the room. You want to be there. It is evident that every single person in the class wants to be there and looks forward to coming again. Unfortunately with my work schedule and scheduled times of classes, I've only been going twice a week. I want to go more but I also like how it's forced me to drag out how long I will have these classes for. I'm sure once I run out of classes I will buy more though! :) Another thing is I used to feel uncomfortable and slightly self conscious going to a work out class by myself, especially for something I was new at and had never tried. Now each class that I have gone to I have gone by myself and I absolutely love it! It's a judge-free zone and everyone is there to kick and punch some things. It's a do good, feel good experience and basically the only work out I really look forward to going to. It kicks your butt, but in the end you feel accomplished, stress-free and wanting to come back for more. I definitely recommend ILoveKickboxing to anyone who loves working out, wants to get started on working out, or needs some type of stress reliever. THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!

I love ILKB! The staff is great and other kick-boxers are now like family. It's welcoming to all body types and shapes. The classes are upbeat and packed with great work out tips, health information and support. I have been a member for about 5 months now and I am hooked!
