The delivery times for the News have gone from bad to horrendous. According to our delivery person, there are production problems virtually every day. So I paid a 40% increase in delivery costs and in return the paper comes later and later. What a way to run a business😡

I am a long time Buffalo News Subscriber 50+ years and a disabled veteran. I live in Clarence Center. The current person delivering my paper is leaving it curbside instead of on porch delivery as has been my standing request. Their hold tines for customer service is ridiculous 30 to 40 minutes 4 days in a row. They never responded to my emails.

The service is terrible. We have a paper box on the front of the house and for he past 2 weeks the paper is thrown on the porch, or chair. Trying to get through is ridiculous, they say the wait time is 15-20 minutes, I left a call back and its been 4 days and no one has called. I finally called again, put the phone on speaker and it took 25 minutes for a person to answer and she assured me that she would give the carrier the message. It's still not in the paper box. They are changing the routes and carriers and they hope to have this taken care of by the fall, real assuring. We are ready to cancel.
From what I hear from neighbors its not only me.
