Dr. Halper is the high quality Professional doctor. Some people doesn`t like long waiting time (because Doctor has a lot of patients and tried to spend enough time with each of them) or that the Doctor is the strange man...(but he is the great doctor, very honest and smart) Jason Halper saved the lives of my two sons. Now they are 4 y.o and 6 month. Both my pregnancy was very complicated, (placenta problems, and trombothilia) and Dr. Halper carefully watched my condition and every time made correct decisions.both my sons spent some time in the NICU, Doctor has been with me and after delivery, checked me baby`s. I am very appreciate to the Doctor. He is the best GYN for me!
