The worst business owner ever met(Pride Cleaners 2970 Middletown Rd. Bronx NY 10461. The owner took in my wife's beaded dress and stated he would test it and give special care where he then put a 50% extra charge on the price. Then when picking up dress all the beads where ruined/discolored and had to demand full refund when they tried charging me my entire cleaning bill due to other items. Then the cashier only refunded regular dry cleaning price and then had to show them how I was overcharged by THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS/Pride Cleaners. When screen on register was showed to me a bulk price was put into system by THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS he had just put in a bulk price with no special attention notes nor break down of pricing, At this point I really felt ripped off by THE OWNER OF THIS PRIDE CLEANERS due to just winging prices off the top of his head with out itemizing it. then cashier stated the owner was going to call you so I waited six weeks until i finally saw him again outside of his business due to not make a scene in front of his customers. The owner all can say "IT's A NEW YEAR AND WE DIDN'T CHARGE YOU" and I stated "BUT YOU CAN'T EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE AFTER THIS INCIDENT AND YOUR EMPLOYEES TELLING YOU HOW UPSET I WAS". This Business Owner is a crook and would treat his customers like trash while driving his expensive new SUV and living a good life. Don't use this DRY CLEANERS/PRIDE CLEANERS as they will rip you off, and for the employee who stands by his boss remember how much he pays you and is it worth ripping of regular customers?
