I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Lillian Reynolds. She was welcoming and asked pertinent questions regarding my work history. She also was knowlegeable and able to answer my questions about Montifiore. She seemed to genuinely respect the hospital as a hospital as well as an employer, which I found very positive.
