Daughter's car was towed here following an accident. Tow driver responded to the scene within about 20 minutes (5/5) however, the rest of the experience getting the car repaired was a colossal fail! Made several calls to the mechanic to check on the "progress" of the repairs only to hear that they "haven't gotten to it yet" and then were "waiting for a junkyard to return calls about a missing part. Never bothered to look online and just order the part directly. Finally, after more than a week of the car sitting without being touched, I ordered the part myself and delivered it to the garage. It was finally fixed 3 days later.

When I got the car back, the inspection sticker had been removed, my daughter's flute and other items had been stolen. Manager stated that they don't lock the cars up and was unwilling to take ANY responsibility for the missing items. Will be following up with local law enforcement as well as small claims court to reimburse for my missing items.
