Admitted to nearly $2,000 damage to our water system and still refused to pay. Left tools and debris in our yard for a toddler to find. Use another company.
We hired Landmark to replace a portion of wooden fence at our residence. They came in lower than others and made a good impression. Upon signing a contract, we learned they would not do permitting like other companies. Repair seemed to go smoothly. After they left, a portion of our sprinkler system stopped working. I identified that they had run a post through a sprinkler line. Cesar, the owner, came by, saw the situation and said, "Sure, have it repaired and send me the bill," as it was clearly their mistake. However, the sprinkler repair company identified that they had carelessly installed the post where lines were visible and then dropped concrete into the line, which traveled through the entire leg of the system, causing more than $1,600 in damage. Sprinklers have been down, lawn has dried up, and the HOA is now unhappy. At the meantime, my toddler found a claw-hammer and debris lying around in their work area. Clearly a hazard and careless workmanship. Follow-up from the company has been slow or non-existent and despite recognizing fault for this, they refuse to set it right. Makes me question if they have proper general liability insurance or simply do not care for follow-up service. Recommend going elsewhere for fence repair and replacement.
