My wife, Bozena, was admitted to St. Joseph's Hospital with a very serious stroke. When I arrived, there were 6 people working on her.

Dr. Brecht assessed the situation and decided to put her on a LifeFlight helicopter and send her to a large hospital 60 miles away. He new with a stroke, every minute counts!

My wife was stabilized in the ICU. Two days later, she was moved into a regular room.

She will soon begin rehabilitation for languare therapy and PT.

My deepest thanks to Dr. Brecht, who acted decisively and quickly to get my wife to a facility with expertise on strokes.

Thank you, Dr. Brecht, for being there for my wife. You truly helped to save her life.
