What initially appeared to be a single major problem turned out to be a series of smaller ones that could have escalated into a massive issue. Sam diligently identified and repaired each one. The water heater and water pipe repairs are now in perfect condition. My heartfelt thanks! Sam's performance was truly exceptional.
