Reviews of Florida's Finest Pool Service in Boca Raton

I suggest you don't hire the Finest pool service because it's terrible, the company charges for a service but doesn't perform it.
When they show up to clean, they clean quickly leaving the pool dirty and don't clean the pool wall,
I complained several times according to several messages and some emails sent to the company and to the service provider but the problem was not resolved.
The pool was not cleaned properly, the pool was not brushed and many times the walls of my pool were green, when I traveled the service was not performed and the company continued to charge.
The day to clean my pool was on Friday. I had to cancel pool parties at my house three times because the company didn't show up to clean on the hired day, they just apologized and sent someone on Monday when I complained.
Do not trust this company.
This last Friday no one showed up to clean and when I contacted the service provider, he said he wasn't working for the company anymore and that I had canceled the cleaning, that never happened, it's a lie. Again they didn't come to clean the pool and I had to cancel a party.
In the penultimate contact with the company they said they would not charge for a month (which did not happen), they would replace the employee (this did not happen) and the company continued charging, the company only knows how to apologize, but they continue to charge and with the bad service.
Today on September 12, 2022 I requested by email the cancellation of the service.
