This company commits fraud and cannot be trusted. They refused to give back a damage deposit, proceeded to charge another random and never discussed fee on top of that. When we reached out to them they either never answered the phone or sent a text message response instead, never called back or responded to messages. When we reported them for fraud they blocked my number. I was told multiple times different people could “handle my situation” but these people - Matt and Ally - never called me back and refused to resolve our issue. They took $825 from us through a vrbo listing that was confirmed to be refunded to us via VRBO. Scam!
