We got an ecommerce website from Social Media Top Team. It looked good and seemed to be exactly what we wanted. So we were very excited BUT then we started promoting it and we found out there were bugs that they had to fix. The bad thing was it caused our customers to not be able to place orders on our site! So of course we were very upset. When we contacted them, we found out that they had told one of our staff to troubleshoot the site first before launching it to flush out any bugs. Our staff never relayed the message to us. Top Team was very patient and they were right on top of repairing the bugs. After about a week all of the bugs were fixed. This was our first time getting an online store so this was all new to us.
