ILoveKickboxing Bedford is AMAZING! It has made me more energized throughout the day I haven't lost weight but I have gained muscle. I can do a lot more of the warm-up exercises without feeling exhausted. For anybody looking to lose weight and gain more energy should totally check this out. The instructors are so awesome and want you to achieve your goals. They always keep pushing you and motivating you and won't let you feel like a failure.

ILoveKickboxing has been an amazing experience for me. 16 months ago I didn’t know if I’d ever be able to exercise or even walk correctly for that matter. One 360 full disc replacement and spinal fusion, nerve rehabilitation, months of physical therapy, and 9 months of ILKB, I’m a completely different person! ILKB has been not just a physical motivator but a mental and emotional inspiration. It was exactly what I needed to overcome the scaring that was left from many years of herniated disks, both physical and emotional. ILKB has pushed me to feel amazing and lose the weight I honestly didn’t think I could lose.
