I joined I Love Kickboxing in Bayport almost two months ago and I can't imagine life before I joined! I've always belonged to a gym, but it was a struggle to go. I hated lifting weights, and the elliptical and treadmill were just so boring. So I rarely went. I was ready to get into shape, but in order for me to be 100% disciplined, I needed the structure that a class environment provides, to have fun while exercising, and to see results. Well, I checked all of those criteria off my list shortly after joining ILKB Bayport! The workouts are intense, but the instructors are so great that they make it fun. They challenge you and are your personal cheerleaders. The members are all so welcoming and motivating as well. I'm so happy I made the decision to join!

Ilovekickboxing has changed my life. I was very nervous when i first signed up, i had absolutely no experience and wasn't the least bit fit. After my first class i felt amazing and signed up for a year and it has been the best decision of my life. The instructors are awesome, friendly, caring, helpful and so much fun. I've met so many great people as well. I definitely wouldn't be where I'm at if it weren't for ILKB and i am forever grateful. if you're looking for a new fun way to lose some weight or even tone up, then look no further because this place is the best.
