On the 19th of July we had alpha heating and air come to our home in Mapleton and replace our old old ductless unit with a brand new ductless system. The whole process from the sales man Logan to the installer Aaron was quick and professional. We had been dealing with another company out of Eugene for going on 4 weeks, and where told after spending over $800.00, it would be another $1400.00. We decided to cut our losses and get some bids to replace it. Alpha from Bandon said they had been thinking of expanding up the coast to Florence and Mapleton. It all was done in a day and they got an electrician to sign on to do their installations. I have now got the electrician coming back on the first of August to install a sub panel in my garage. Every one has has been so professional and pleasant to deal with. So do yourselves a big favor and give them a call or go on line. I really believe you will be glad you did. Jeff in Mapleton.
