Reviews of Physical Therapy First LLC in Baltimore

Very disappointed with their PT services. The initial visit was spent with Ray describing the lower back and hand issues and then I received approximately 5 minutes of treatment and a heating pack on one of the two areas requiring treatment. The first 15 minutes of the second visit was spent reviewing the notes and issues described in the initial visit with a with a different person (JoAnne). The rest of the visit was comprised of a massage to my lower back and 15 minutes on a heating pad. No exercises were recommended or any other treatment - very poor therapy compared to any other PT service I have used (especially the amazing physical therapist I now use, who is absolutely brilliant and has made a difference already).
Ray did not inform me during the initial visit that the follow-up visit he arranged had been made with a different therapist (who was unable to provide some of the treatment we discussed in the initial visit). Furthermore, he is now completely booked for 4 months - no appointments until January (it is October) at which point they stated that another intake would have to be done because of the length of time between visits. I do not recommend this office, I am actually thankful this happened because I would have been spending my time and energy in an incompetent, poorly managed and ineffective environment rather than the fabulous PT facility I found instead!
