If I could give no stars I would. This place is very unprofessional. Even with an appt customers are subjected to unusually long wait times, even prior to covid. Today I was told I wouldn't be serviced because I came in 3 days ago and paid for my frames with apple pay. They were supposed to remove my lenses and replace the frame. The lenses were scratched up in the process. I called in and was told to come in and I have to pay $30 more for new lenses. I came in today and tried to use apple pay, the same method I was been using all the years I've been a customer. The same method used 3 days ago. The clerk told me I was lying they only accept physical cards or cash. When I inquired about when the policy changed so quickly and asked for a manager, the manager came out and instead of letting me know the policy told the clerk that I can leave if I don't like it. The clerk then threw my glasses back on the counter and I was told that I would not be serviced and had to leave. I let them know how unprofessional they were and the clerk proceeded to yell to me what am I going to do about it. Please do not waste your time and money patronizing this business.
