Told by another computer repair company in Catonsville that my Dell laptop was "fried" and I'd need a new mother board which was going to be quite expensive. After keeping it for 10 days. Driving to pick up the kids from camp I noticed a sign that said "laptop repairs". Took chance and took my laptop to Geoff who was friendly and patient as I explained my predicament. Touch laptop screen cracked by my son and need to be replaced. Long story short, Geoff fixed my screen in just a few days AND the price was more than fair (135.00) to replace a the entire screen assembly because it wasn't just the glass. I HIGHLY recommend Basic Computers Lc to anyone who need repairs on any type of computer to see Geoff !!!! 5 stars out of 5.

Basic Computers LC - Geoffrey, I want to express my overwhelming Gratitude for the computer services you provided me. I have been beyond satisfied with the lap top I purchased at your computer shop. Having the ability to accomplish my full time school and work obligations via computer has minimized my stress level considerably. When I left my computer with you, your attentiveness was impressive, (You called me daily with status updates) I felt assured that I had made the right selection for service for my computer. Geoffrey, I gladly encourage anyone that has minor or major computer concerns to utilize your expertise. Is so rare to find a knowledgeable computer specialist that also cares enough to provide customers with weekly cleanup hints and explanations to assist and improve operations of their computers and lap tops.
