Diane is a great dentist and has truly helped transform my teeth over the years. Unfortunately her incompetent husband has truly ruined the office. He is extremely demeaning and does not belong in a customer service area let along medical. For example, I called this morning to reschedule an appointment a week in advance. He clearly scoffed over the phone and said this is ridiculous. I was completely caught off guard as I've never had a medical professional act in such a way. I responded with can you please just cancel, I may find another provider. He responded with "good as you should". Diane, I would highly recommend reconsidering an office reset. I will never be returning to this office and will advise people to stay away. I was rescheduling due to a child care conflict but wasn't even able to get to that point in the conversation. Their hours clearly say open today, hence why I called. I was met with him saying “this is my day off so you shouldn’t be calling”.
