Reviews of The UPS Store in Aventura

On October25, 2016 I sent a box from this Aventura location UPS store. I had in big black letters From: My name and home address and Larger black letters TO: The company I was shipping the box to. When I returned home in the Florida Keys the box I sent was sitting on my front porch.. It was obvious the man working at the store could not read English or was not smart enough to read the words To and From. Or maybe he didn't know what they meant. When I called the store they told me there was nothing they could do about it and to send an e-mail to them. I asked to be reimbursed for the 19.63 Kenneth took my cash and did not read the box for shipping. I call this very unprofessional and poor customer service.. I need to find the manager or owner of this business. I expect to at least get my money back. You can call the Key Largo UPS store and speak to them they could not believe that the sales people in Aventura could not read the box for whom it was being shipped. Judith H.
