Not confident in results. First, said you were in network. I did not find out until the day of the procedure, that you were not in my network. Millie is an asset to your company. The others, are not very compassionate. Except the tech. He was good. The area of focus should have been a palpable mass on right breast at 7 o'clock, It is seen on mammogram and felt by me and my doctors, yet there is zero mention of this. I saw the pictures and it lit up like a christmas tree on contrast. I have asked for a re-read and no one has contacted or acknowledged this request. I did pressure them to get the report out fast, but they have an obligation to make sure it is accurate. The website DOES SAY 24 HOURS FOR RESULTS. Not 5 days, which is what I was told after the test. I will update this IF they contact me and re-read the scan of 1800 pics and focus on the area of concern.
