I fell for the polished lady with the Rolls-Royce and expensive clothes and jewelry. Little did I know she’s going to throw me under the bus and put us cash buyers. I always told her I have a mortgage with J P Morgan. She knew English is not my first language but never reviewed contract with me. Lied about many things…. Even the 2% over fees she was going to give us it closing. She did nothing to protect my deposit which is what most realtortoes do and did not give me way out after lower appraisal 25% below purchase price. I needed to come up with approximately $300,000 more. She did not give us all the paperwork for the homeowner association But sent us Doc Sign that we signed we received all the paperwork. She threatened I would lose my money if I did not close and then became unavailable when I needed her help . When she read one of my reviews she had her lawyers send the letter that said she was going to sue me. She hurt me and my family .be careful.
