I was sold a plan that was one price and then it increased by 20$ three months later. When I went back to this store to talk to someone about this, Tanner (salesman) tried to help me by sending my issue to the D.M. (Anthony T.) who I cannot contact via email or phone. Tanner and his supervisor's, Christopher, attempt to placate the issue was by providing me a phone number to a customer service line that by passes all the menus, but is the same line where you are just placed on hold for long periods of time, where no one resolves any issues, and then it will hang up on you if after a few hours of being on hold. Tanner, the salesman, even confirmed to me that he was hung up on that morning by the sprint customer service line. Very dishonest company that has salespeople, supervisors, and "Satisfaction Supervisors" ( via their customer service line) that rapes their customers.
