M****** contacted me through thumbtack completely lying about what needed to be done. His skill or experience in labeling everyone else as evil as he can make him the worst contractor I have ever come in contact with. Never reading the contract that are submitted to him. A complete disregard for any rules is how he manipulate any situation. Never staying with the agreement is his specialty. He even had the nerve to go to a supply shop and use my company account to purchase items he had no authority or permission to do so. A con artist that live to break laws and get away with it. Not only has M****** P***** Lied about every encounter you will ever have with him. He also brags on suing contractors as a hobby. This company scrapes the bottom barrel of scum on earth. Total disrespect for anyone. Experience with his company is utterly disgusting. Mr. P***** has a real problem with following state and federal law. If you come in contact with this cool calm collected lazy incompetent bad taste,excuse for a general contractor that does not have a license to do so. Do yourself a favor and just tell him you have to explore other peoples opinion. Honesty is not a virtue this fraud man hoax can comprehend. Terrible can't even describe the amount of abuse this company will try and issue upon you. Be smart and use a real expert in construction and don't use this fake excuse for a descent company. The only thing you can do is just Pass and move on to someone who doesn't talk nasty about everyone. I personally experienced his hate for customers and clients when he talked horrible things of not only his GC but the investor/Owner of the property he called me out on. He claims whatever crazy disrespectful possibility he can conjure up in order make him Look better to those that don't know him. Incredible back talk is how he solves his own problems. Very expert at pointing the blame where there is non to be pointed. You can not allow yourself to be taken by this man under any agreement. He has no intention of ever following through with anything agreed upon. Intentionally plotting your termination is his forefront. The messages I received from him are completely geared toward a hanging. Don't get pushed around with his hidden agenda poor excuses of not ever being ready for the agreement of terms. Stay clear of this hack job of a company. Stay clear of Michael Pentel and believe there are many that are actually capable or quality service. Not this company. Not a good decision.
