Finishing the first of my 6 Week Challenge and already feeling stronger! The classes are an intense workout for sure but they make it fun. They're also fast paced so it's over before you know it. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you have a goal of getting stronger and healthier.

This place is amazing! Not only the workout but the people here are so supportive! I have never had so much fun at a gym. I have done everything from cycling to sports to crossfit. This kickingboxing right here...let me tell you has kept me on a healthier way of living. It is truly life changing. As a future nurse, your health is key stay on top of it to live life to the fullest. Love yourself!
