All I can say is One Stop Reference is a LIFE SAVER for me. One Stop Reference is one of the best employment reference services I came across. They are very professional, effective, fast with quality services. I had been out of work for the last year due to personal issue and was in the market to start working again. My road block came when most employer want you to have current work history.
