Reviews of Mr. Tire Sandy Springs in Atlanta

This tire shop USE to be a family favorite! The man who owned it was amazing and always gave 100% in everything in did. Unfortunately there is new management and I have to say it is the worst service I have ever had in almost any industry. The owner seems to go out of his way to be rude and belittle you. I happened to have to do a quick fix on a tire and he and another employee openly laughed in my face about how "stupid" it was of me to take this route. My mother went in and was looking for her service history on her car and after a conversation he said "how many times and different ways do I need to tell you I will not call management." This is really unfortunate because the location is close to my house and I've been going there for years. However, I honestly rather drive any where else than have to deal with the owner.
