Reviews of All My Sons Moving & Storage in Atlanta

I’m giving 2 stars because the 3 guys who moved me were great but the 1 girl with them (I think was the lead) was extremely rude. Not only did she tell me when she heard my voice (meaning because I’m black) she knew I was not going to tip and would be “penny pitching because times is hard”. She then said “I love working with my white people“. Its gets worse, she ask where my partner was from because he has an accent, he told her Haiti, she then said” oh, that’s worse, y’all scam and cheat“. Totally unacceptable comments and behavior, and definitely not funny by anyone’s standards. Anytime I asked a question, it was as if she was bothered by it- definitely not great customer service. I just hope there’s no issues that arise, because I can only imagine how it will be to deal with the company. Oh, and we paid over $1000 in cash and they said they could not give me a receipt until after they complete all the deliveries for the day and go back to the office. I would not use the company again, but this doesn’t mean the guys were not great - they were very efficient and respectful hence the 2 stars.
