I have always enjoyed shopping with Kay jewelers and being somewhat handicapped I was unsure about trying to go inside to get a battery for my watch. A lovely employee named Olivia came out to my vehicle, picked up my watch, took it inside and brought it back to me. She did not act as if it was a chore or a bother. She was very gracious. 100% my favorite jewelry store.
