Reviews of Big O Tires in Arvada

I came in for new tires and left with a broken catalytic converter. I chose Big O for new tires and was pleased with the service at first. While I was there, they checked the engine and recommended a injection fuel cleaning, which I allowed them to perform. On my way to work after the service (about 5 miles away) my check engine light came on. After work, I got the code pulled that was a catalytic converter issue. From then on, I went through weeks of battles trying to figure out what happened, how it happened, and how to fix it. Big O Tires paid for the diagnostic fee, but nothing else. They claimed I developed a leak, and it was simply bad timing. My mechanic (at my dealership who fixed the issue) told me, as friendly advice, to never return. Not only was this incredibly stressful and putting me in and out of car service, it also cost me $3,000. If you're in need of tires, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
