I purchased a bedroom set here before my baby was born I thought they had great deals .I purchased my furniture from a lady named Jennifer seem to be a polite woman but that’s usually case of people when they are taking your money.Right after my baby was born I slept in my bed and the wood underneath broke I called in .They eventually sent someone out but it took quite a while to get a response, when the people came out to fix my bed they were quite unprofessional they didn’t do the job correctly.There was supposed to be 4 slabs of wood that is supposed to go across the bed that stands up to support the bed well they didn’t bring any would to fix my bed . Like l was told by Jennifer ,When they came to fix my bed they asked me for the broken wood that was stripped and chipped .I sensed something unusual but I thought they were a trustworthy business so I trusted them. A day after when l set on top my bed with my new born it collapsed this time way worst. Im thankful l didn’t drop my baby. When I remove my mattress that was put on as soon as they were done with their work .Which was Suspicious.They put my mattress on top as soon as they finished. They didn’t even show me the work which I should’ve known something was wrong when I finally remove the mattress. I saw there was nothing to support my bed frame they never put the piece of wood at top of the bed. So now my bed is really broken and I tried to calling for help but Jennifer which deals with the claims was very rude to me and asked me why did I take so long to reach out to them. I assured her that I’ve been sending emails for the past few months and calling . No response and no call back.So l went to Home Depot and broke cement bricks to hold the bed. I spent a lot of money there hundreds of dollars and at this point I have no help I was told the owner Mr. son was supposed to be the person to speak to but nobody has a number on him .I don’t know his schedule and theirs is no way to contact him .So I guess I’m stuck with a bed that I can’t even sleep in without cement bricks
