Reviews of Becky Sheetz Recreation Center in Altoona

This place is so unprofessional. I was to have my daughters graduation party there. I was in contact with them during the whole Covid pandemic. They said they have been telling people who were trying to book the place no. Well what about the people who already booked it before? I called them before ordering her invitations and sent them out they said definitely good go ahead. I call back the next day with a question. They said it’s been canceled I said I just called yesterday and you said I was good. After I ordered them and sent them out. I said if I didn’t call when we’re you going to tell me? They said in June the end of the month her party is first week in July. So they knew the whole time and didn’t bother to tell and they were going to wait less than a week to tell me. They were going to tell me a couple of days ahead of time. To find a new location for a graduation party. And out a lot of money for invites. I understand Covid changed a lot we get that but you knew when I called and didn’t tell me. So unprofessional I will never plan ANYTHING with them ever. And I do tell anyone I know or over year people talking about this place what they did and how we were treated. The only reason I’m giving a 1 star is because I can’t post it with out giving a star which is bull Another thing there making you have to do seriously
