Our experience with the staff at the ER dept was great. The staff was very friendly and assisted us with all the care and concern. They was very patient and very informative to all of us in the room. It was a close call with our mom of 83 years old before we got her to the ER Dept. All was well until the deputy on duty (was not hospital security) came in with an attitude and with a very rude attitude held up his hand and said only two. Which I understand rules but why didn't someone of the staff already told us. We had been in there for about an hour and nobody said anything. I understand his job and position. My complaint is he should gave had a better attitude with us. Also my son was a minister and I told him but he said it didn't matter that if One of the ones would give up their spot that he could stay and pray for her but he had his hand in our faces with two fingers up. Very Very unprofessional to be in a position of that manner. I am very disappointed with this guy. And shame on the sheriff dept for allowing a guy to hold a position like this.
