Reviews of Family Dollar Store in Alexandria

This location has nothing in the right spot things are in boxes stacked on top of each other to be put out, but they don't I literally one day had to knock some boxes down and open it to get some oatmeal. They have the up most rudiest staff running or should I say ruin that store. I have made attempts to reach him to no avail. so what I have to say is do not if you want a pleasant shopping experience go to the Family Dollar on South MacArthur off of Lee which there's not many people who shop there that don't play bingo I think that said busiest time, I hate to see one of business owner put money into a business or franchise and their staff run it to the ground. if there was a rating lower than poor thats what they would have gotten. urge people to just go across the street to the Dollar General it's a very nice new store or you agreed is at the door and thanked when you are finished with your order.much more pleasant and easier access to merchandise and signs that have the prices on them are the same prices that they ring up at the register, you will never find that when you go to the Family Dollar S. MacArthur/Lee.I tried to get in touch with the franchise owner but cannot I feel very sorry for this man or this couple that has its franchise because I have friends that family owed businesses & at 1 time it was through a franchise so I do know what goes the ends & outs but,I'm sorry this is why your store is going through a transition because they did try renovation of the store. But what it looks like doesn't help when you have staff like this.
