Reviews of Montessori ONE Academy in Albuquerque

I am so thankful my son was able to get into Montessori One Academy! He has learned so much with just being here for 1 year. The difference was shown right away, the staff and teachers do an amazing job to make sure my son is well taken cared for. He comes home everyday excited to go back the next morning, he really loves learning here, and I love the results I am getting from his education!

This is a truly exceptional school. We have two children at Montessori ONE Academy that have graduated from the preschool program into Elementary. I am constantly impressed with what and how our children are learning. Students (and teachers) aren't constrained by a grade level curriculum and students progress at their own pace. My Kindergartner is reading at a second grade level and moved up to the first grade level early where she joins other Kindergartners who were also ready to level-up. I love watching my second grader dominate fraction problems and find engineering solutions for STEM-based projects. Our children have embraced Montessori's universal values of independence, consideration of others and their environment and those qualities are enjoyed at home too. The teachers are exceptional and have a strong understanding of what the students are capable of, where they need to be challenged, and where they need to nurture further development. The administration goes above and beyond to ensure an optimal learning environment and program-- even during a pandemic. Their on-campus before-care, after-care, extra-curricular and summer programs are also an important reason why we've stayed on. The consistency and one-stop-shop factor puts this school over the top for us. Love it.

I cannot thank my daughters teacher Ms. Sarita enough! She has made him learn so much in such a short period of time, no one has ever been able to be patient enough with my daughter like she was. You are so appreciated!
