Reviews of Zara in Albany

Absolutely horrible management. I was shopping today in store and bought a few items; later today, I decided to return one of the blouses I bought. While trying to make the return, the worker cursed me out in front of my child saying she “doesn’t have to help” and “doesn’t care about me.” In absolute shock, I decided to ask for the manager for help. When the manager showed up, she did not apologize nor did she make the situation any better. She completely ignored the actions and pretended like nothing had happened. Additionally, they both refused to give me their names after I politely asked. As I walked away, I could hear them snickering and laughing together loud and proud. I cannot express how disgusted I am with this service!
