I visited this Wendy's from out of town one night...after being informed that I was the last customer...my service went down hill from there. The person who took my money was asked to verify that my order was taken correctly, in which he did...only to get to the next window and receive opposite of what I had ordered after the drive thru clerk slung a bag out of the window and into my car slamming the drive thru window behind him...I had to ask for my drink that was given to me with no ice... (not ordered that way)...I had to ask for the remainder of my order...which I was later informed hadn't been rung up....and here's the kicker...the manager, Jenny, informed me that I couldn't get my full order because the fryers were down and they had been making the food to order. She made no attempts to rectify the situation...not to mention...all of my food was cold...(so much for made to order) This was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant nevertheless a fast food restaurant...I would not recommend this Wendy's to anyone. As a matter of fact if you find yourself hungry late night...keep driving past this location...there's a 7-11 across the street you are better off going there...very disappointed! I only chose 1 star because I had to.
