They are great but they never pick up their business phone. Not sure why they have it. I've been a customer since they have started most workers are nice and friendly. They also take time to know their clients. Other than picking up the phone, which sometimes I need to contact them instead of going back to the store. Like last time I lost my keys and had to retrace my steps walking after I got home walking 20 minutes to go walking back and go everywhere I went, like walgreens, smokeshop, etc. It was left there and it could have made things alot easier if they had just picked up their phone. Eneded walking an hour back n forth total time for my keys. Hence why it's important ro pick up the customers calls. At time I have attempted to call to see if they have my product but to no avail. I go just to find out it's a no go. Other than this, I support their employee and the shop. Lots of variety and one of the best smoke/vapes shops around.
