Ilovekickboxing has changed my life, after I had my daughter it was really hard for me to get back to working out, before I had her I used to be really active, I played soccer for a couple of years. I had a very hard time losing the weight and kind of had given up. Being overweight led to health issues and big insecurities. I’ve always been interested in kickboxing but there where no places near me so when they opened the West Valley city studio I knew it was a sign. The energy is incredible and the instructors are the best, always making sure we give it our all and achieve our goals.

I love kickboxing is amazing! Its better than a GYM. You learn kickboxing while getting a great workout. The staff texts or emails you when you miss more than a week so they motivate you to reach your goals, but you gotta keep it up for yourself! You get what you pay for!

Just finished my first class. I work out a TON and I was super impressed by how intense this workout was for me. The nice part was that if it was too intense I could easily modify each exercise. I will absolutely be back and I look forward to not only becoming more fit but to develop better technique with each class I attend. Thanks!
