This was my first attempt at Reiki. I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had my 13 yr old Granddaughter join me. (I’m 59)!
We had a Blast!! Deonna is so professional, so personable and such a tremendous instructor!
She guided “the young and flexible” and helped her with such kindness and care. She also guided “the not so young or flexible.” She was so gentle with her words, to make me feel comfortable doing what I could do and not to worry about capturing the “perfect pose.”

This truly was a soothing, spiritual and calming experience, which I definitely need more of in my life!! I can’t wait to see Deonna at Good Vibes Yoga Studio next week!

I highly recommend this studio to everyone - young and old!!
