Reviews of ABC Auto Care in Ventura

The most awesome place to have your car or truck worked on. The people are friendly and knowledgeable, the prices are reasonable. You can always talk to the owner and the people at the front office are very friendly. Their client room is very spacious and a great place for me to work remotely. Bathrooms are very clean. They follow COVID-19 protocols by cleaning and disinfecting cars before and after repairs. Overall, it's a great place to take your car for repairs.

This outfit states that it has been voted "Ventura's Best Auto Repair", well if this really did happen then the vote was rigged, the fix was in, somebody got paid off. Either that or all the other repair shops in Ventura are more incompetent than they are.

I took my car in to have them see if they could figure out why my brakes were squealing. They told me that the "technician" couldn't hear the noise even though EVERYONE who has ridden in or driven my car hears it and also the three OTHER places I have taken it to for the same reason. None of the three could figure what is causing the noise but at least they HEARD it.

My brakes squealed as I was going out of ABC’s driveway and at every other place I stopped. Of course, I had the windows rolled down and was listening for the noise even though I did not have to do this to hear the noise.

Maybe the "technician" couldn't figure out how to operate the windows???
