A great place and atmosphere to get a great workout. I am starting my second week and have already noticed major changes that I couldn't achieve on my own. I am noticing my waist is smaller, I can see my abs, and my core is stronger. The workout is intense but fun and the people in there are like family. The owners (husband and wife) make this place a great welcoming environment. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun way to get into exercise.

iLoveKickboxing-Suffolk has been such a great experience. It is much different than your regular gym experience. You have staff as all as members that help keep you motivated and they make you want to challenge yourself to see how far you can go. You have that accountability that we all need some times. And they do different events, games and theme nights to help keep you engage.

ILoveKickboxing is an amazing place to exercise. I love how I feel afterwards and the staff is so encouraging and kind. The Suffolk location is extremely clean and smells wonderful. This place brightens my day everytime I'm there.
