The personnel were efficient and caring. I especially appreciated Echo, the phlebotomist, who was able to get my IV started. I am a hard draw. Instructions were clear and scan was administered comfortably.

Poor
Don't use NDIC. Didn't get a second authorization for a second CT scan and they had 3 weeks. Also, they have their number blocked with 000-0000 zeroes that don't work on a lot of phones. So, they say they try to followup with and it doesn't work....inept. Use Proscan in Naples.

Second time NDIC didn't get a preauthorization on a second CT Scan. I would not use them. They have their follow up number blocked...showing all zeros...so a lot of times their follow up calls with you won't work. I would use Proscan in Naples.
