Reviews of Times Herald Record - Circulation Customer Service in Middletown

My mom, who is 93, has always enjoyed her morning paper especially since the price is nearly $1000 a year. Although service has been good but often not for the price, the last three weeks have been bad. The paper was not delivered several times. Three were reported and one wasn’t. Mostly because the recording you get is so frustrating because you know there is no “high call volume.” I have tried to get my mother to cancel her subscription but it is one thing that she still enjoys. You need to do better.

I have called so many times about not receiving the paper. I paid on 9/23 and since then I have received 1 paper! Please return my payment! What is going on with your system? Very dissatisfied with your service or should I say lack of service! Zero stars

I just wanted to comment on our newspaper delivery...live on William street in goshen for years and this is the best deliverer we ever had.......he’s always early extremely 👍🏿 nice
